There are some shows worth saving. We aren't convinced that Jericho was one of them. We liked the show enough to watch it periodically, but were never upset to miss an episode.

Part of this may have been due to that fact that Ashley was the only real high point of the show. We do like Ashley's bum. Yes, we do, but we are not convinced this model-turned-actress has even half the talent of other former models -- Ali Larter for example. Ass-hley isn't enough to make a show worth watching alone, whereas Ali might be.

We note also that Ashley is a close friend of The Parisite. This makes us suspicious.

Of all the shows last season that could and should have been saved, Jericho was one of the least deserving.

Had more effort been put into saving, Drive, Studio 60, Wedding Bells or Smith, then the Quest would have been fully supportive.

In fact, one of our little joys in life is to come across such things accidentally. The joys of modern fashion, and Celebutard culture, mean that such beautiful views are common place in many cities and towns across the World. For this we may be thankful.

However, the town of Delcambre, Louisiana is set to change all this by policing everyone's underwear. If you wear saggy pants there look forward to a $500 fine or six months in jail.

"If you expose your private parts, you'll get a fine" said Mayor Carol Broussard. (Who incidentally, is a male, despite having a girl's name -- cross dresser maybe?)

Seemingly this has been considered by some to be mostly racially motivated -- as hip hop culture (rightly) endorses this fashion.

Either way, Land of the Free? Not so much... Presumably the towns prosecutors have a legal definition of "underwear", "pants" and "saggy" at hand. Or maybe they're just gonna give a good old fashioned lynching to anyone they don't like the look of.

The people of this town are clearly wrong on so many levels. Much as we at the Quest might look at this lightheartedly because we love ass, there is a very serious point here. This behavior can easily be construed as fascist, it is certainly a removal of an American's rights as an individual. It is the slippery slope to many other rights restrictions on a path to pure unadulterated evil.

Boycott them, do not do business with them, and express your freedoms publicly wherever you can.

If you are like me, you are really looking forward to the return of "Big Love" in a week or so. It'll give us another opportunity to enjoy those big eyes of Amanda Seyfried. It's quite a good movie overall. Good directorial choices in some of the way shots are presented. The story unravels in quite an interesting way. There's some great performances - Ben Foster, Harry Dean Stanton and Heather Wahlquist in particular. However, and here's the sad thing because it stops the movie being great, there are also some annoyingly poor to mediocre performances. To name a few: Emile Hirsch having not improved significantly since The Girl Next Door, and looking far too baby faced and uncharismatic to be a gang leader, Olivia Wilde being made of wood, and Dominique Swain shrieks piercingly through every one of her scenes.

Still you can enjoy her ass in tight jeans in the pic below. The other pic - not sure who that is.

Finally, enjoy the bottom of Heather Wahlquist. One review we read of the movie suggested Heather's bum was mannish. We can't agree - looks very feminine and fetching to us

That, however, hasn't been true for many years. In fact today the adult industry is very professional. I'd say more than half the producers I've met have been women.

I've not personally seen any exploitation of anyone in this industry. Whereas I have seen horrific exploitation in some supposedly "reputable" big business corporations at all levels of employee.

In all seriousness the porn industry is one if the most ethical and honest on the entire planet. We are heavily scrutinized by governments. We don't exploit slave labor, or child labor in factories in China. We don't screw employees out of their pensions. We don't factory farm cheap outsourced workers in Mumbai. We don't make people work long hours for low pay. We don't even destroy the environment.

We're nice happy people, with great jobs.

You see, there's this snobbery on both sides of the Atlantic that says that European movies are somehow better than American ones. The reason most often proffered being that European movies are writing and acting based whereas Hollywood is just gloss and CGI.

I don't buy that for one single second. I think most European movies would make great stage plays but truly suck as movies. (Bertolluci and Fellini excepted, they are geniuses of cinema.)

Often, the director has no understanding of how light works, or how cameras work, or move, or what the film medium can do. In fact most Hollywood action flicks are better movies just for that very reason.

However, independent American directors do seem - as a rule - to understand the nature of cinema and utilize it to the max, even though they are rooted in the writing and acting much more than Hollywood.

Fur is one such example. This can only work as a movie. It is a visual splendor. It is a sight poem, an allegory and a profound expression of imagination that is more real than reality.

The choice of complementary colors, the azure and titian, even by themselves create the mood of what is a very brilliant movie.

Please do spoil yourself and see it, even if it is just to enjoy Nicole's lovely bottom one more time.

Keira Knightley - At the Swann's End

I have yet to make it through the second movie. I didn't expect to enjoy the first movie, although I did. Johnny Depp stole the first movie but wasn't enough to save the second.

Women may loathe her, and the red top press may be obsessed with her weight, but The Quest still likes her. Keira has a beautiful bum and elegant breasts. At some distant point in the future she may even learn to act, you never know.

I have no expectations for Pirates of the Caribbean - At the Worlds End. Obviously, it will be far superior to the second one if I can make to the end of the movie. It's a Disney movie so there won't be any bodice ripping - shame, because in addition to Keira, it's worth keeping a weather eye peeled for Natalie Victoria.

Natalie seems to be getting a great deal of quiet attention building around her at the moment. I like what I see, so likely we will be taking a closer look at her, very soon.

Two pieces of good news recently. Supernatural has been picked up for a third season, and Friday Night Lights will get a second. You can see Adrianne in both.

Hammer Horror is back. For those of you who don't know, this is a British company that produced cheap camp horror movies throughout the 1960s and 1970s. Without this company there would be no famous Christopher Lee.

Their movies were in many ways, bad. Which is not to say that they were unwatchable. Think Shaw Brothers, think Tarantino.

The company died in the late 70s. However, it has now risen from the dead. The possible bad news is that is has been bought by Dutch "Big Brother" creator John de Mol.

I'm not a fan of 24. Well, to be precise I though the the premise for the first season - the concept of telling a story over 24 hour long episodes, was a novel and interesting idea. One, the was for the most part, well executed. Never did see Jack go to the bathroom though.... not that I wanted to admittedly.

The actual plotline, was not for me, and it only got more preposterous as the seasons went onward. Somewhere down the line this felt like the scary über-Republican aussie Rupert Murdoch (owner of Fox and most other media) telling me what to think about how terrorists should be dealt with. Again, in case I have not mentioned this enough - I hate Fox.

In fact the only artistry I took from that show was Elisha's darling little bottom. She's starring in a soon to be released movie "Captivity", where she is again kidnapped and tortured. It's directed by the twice Oscar nominated Roland Joffé - certainly a great director, though I think we might assume that this movie is not going to be easy to watch.

I can only hope that Miss Cuthbert can be suitably attired to, perhaps, take our minds off of the more harrowing aspects of the movie..

Here we do see a little more than last time, but that money shot still eludes us. You can see the curve of that buttock quite distinctly. I'm certain full blown bare bum is worth waiting for. I just would prefer not to wait too much longer.

As I previously mentioned in the Natalie Portman post, I fully expect this Showtime production to blow "The Other Boleyn Girl" out of the water with all the might of HMS Mary Rose.

I'm not making this up. Seems that there's another movie version of "The Other Boleyn Girl" in the pipeline.

With the success and utter brilliance of "The Tudors", you might be inclined to think, "why?" I know that was the first thing to go through my mind. Who could the cast and director be that would rival that which Showtime put together?

The Other Boleyn Girl is not going to be any quality match for The Tudors. Although, sadly, it may be more financially successful, thanks to its cast. Namely Natalie, and Scarlett Johansson.

Which only goes to show how fickle the human race really is. Neither of these girls is much of an actress, and Scarlett in particular has shown that she's no flair for accents, nor is she really bright enough to deliver lines that are literary or polysyllabic. Scarlett's performance in The Black Dahlia could not have been more wooden.

To be fair to Natalie though, it could be that she has potential as an actress, but just has had dreadful roles. It's hard to say, at least until she works with someone talented.

She has a pretty face, and more to the point, I do like her bum - albeit a little hippier than one might expect. Again, a buttcrack pic always persuades me.

In honor of her appearance in the new Spiderman movie I though I'd celebrate Kirsten in style. This is part one, details of Part 2 can be found further down the page.

As I mentioned in my previous post on Marie Antoinette. I've begun to re-evaluate my perception of Miss Dunst. Partly this is due to viewing her performances in Crazy/Beautiful and Mona Lisa Smile. I was admittedly completely enchanted by her in Crazy/Beautiful - she seemed so natural and real. I found it to be a very convincing performance - and a seriously hot one from a bum perspective too.

So her ditziness that previously irked me, is now something I find deeply charming. The fact that she has an ass that is very very close to perfection does her no harm. The buttcrack pics are the icing on the cake. Nothing says "enjoy my ass" more than a buttcrack for me.

I hate Fox!!!

Like I said in my previous post on Drive, I am still angry about Firefly. Now, I am also angry about Drive. It got canceled today after only 4 episodes broadcast.

Fox executives are wholly retarded. Sure, they commission great shows. With both Firefly and Drive you had some of the singular best talent ever gathered together on TV, and not to mention some of the hottest ass on the planet. Then they screw up the marketing or the scheduling. Bang! They cancel before a show's had the chance to gather momentum.

Seriously, is this good investing? Do they have no understanding of economics?

Or, is it simply that the average Fox viewer is retarded, and can't therefore cope with a Whedon or Minear written script. Hence the low ratings? I do have more faith in the viewer than Fox Execs. Hmmm... although... 24's success could be possible evidence for that hypothesis.

Look at the truly amazing ass of Miss Monroe. We will now be deprived of that object of wonder, along the amazing asses of the other ladies on the show, and the great acting, and the great writing. Until the next time. Until the next show that Fox won't understand.

Oh, the humanity!!! Fox sucks. Did I mention that?

Of course I only vaguely know who she is. You know by now I've no knowledge of pop music.

I know she tried to be an actress and didn't seem to cut it - hard to tell how good she was from the minuscule screen time she had on The Aviator.

I think out of principle, I object to the the idea of pop icon turned "actor" anyway. It take years of work to become a good actor, never mind a great one - and it seems unfair that a role should go to a flavor of the month rather than someone who's worked hard. It rarely works out anyway - Britney was as bad on screen as she is on record (or any other medium). Sting? Anyone care to defend that?

There are two reasons why I try to avoid pop icons here. Firstly, as aforementioned, I sit here writing whilst listening to Avro Pärt's 3rd Symphony. This, I know about - pop music not so much.

Secondly, and more importantly, the music industry is pure unfettered evil.

There's no way that I, in however a small way, want to be responsible for giving those assholes any more money. It's not just the Payola, nor the soul sucking contracts that screw over young bands, nor the blandness and inanity of most of the accountant defined products, nor is it their Ozymandian fascination with DRM (DRM is theft - pure and simple), nor is it the protection racket tactics of the RIAA and their disgusting lawsuits.

It is actually for reasons such as Sony BMG. The BMG part used to be Bertelsmann until a couple of years ago. This is a German music company that in the 30s and 40s used Jewish slaves and promoted Na.zi songs and music - undoubtedly directly and indirectly responsible for the deaths and suffering of a great many people. They lied and hid this from view, until they were found out in a buy-out in 2002.

These are the people who run much of the music business. That's why I avoid it. My advice I guess is, buy music direct from the artist, or second hand if you must buy it at all.

I've not seen the movie. Looks like a good cast for the most part.

I never know what to make of Halle. She won an Oscar for an hysterical performance that was only upstaged by her Oscar winning speech histrionics. She deservedly won a Raspberry for Catwoman, a gawd-awful performance in one of the worst movies ever made.

She was disappointing in the X-Men movies, possibly the least attractive of a very attractive female cast. X-Men 1 and 2 were not the best movies ever made, and X-Men 3 was such a forgettable abomination, that we can safely say there won't be another X-Men movie in this generation. Way to go Brett Ratner, true to form as always.

She personally, seems to be, hmmm shall we say "emotionally dynamic"? High maintenance? Best avoided in all likelihood.

So how about her bottom? Not sure, not sure at all... Don't think I like it much. While quite toned it still protrudes a little, is more elongated than pert, and is a bit hippy. Not bad, but not great.

Drive - Taryn Manning, Kristin Lehman and Mircea Monroe

I'm still angry about the cancellation of "Firefly". Just thought I'd get that in.

Thus it pleases me greatly to see, at the very least, Nathan Fillion and Tim Minear reunited. Nathan is one of the world's most underappreciated actors.

The original premise of Drive didn't excite me too much. Illegal road race - seemed a little alpha male macho and low IQ fodder. Mind you, I felt the same about the original premise of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, cute cheerleader kills vampire week after week. Of course with Buffy the premise was turned on it's head, and the superficial plot largely irrelevant. It's still one of the best shows every made.

So too, it seems with Drive. First episode was a little slower than I'd hoped for, but the second delivered perfectly. The addition of Amy Acker was a very pleasant surprise. She's my third favorite Buffyverse actor after Emma Caulfield and Charisma Carpenter - but there's not much in it.

The characters in Drive clearly have secrets. There's obviously a lot more going on than we know about so far. Hopefully (Fox willing) we'll actually get to see the story develop. As with Firefly, being one of the best shows on TV isn't enough for the more braindead executives at Fox.

Aside from the fabulous acting (superb cast across the board) and intriguing writing, they are balancing the action and drama very well. Very good cinematography and directing, excellent pace and rhythm and I love the scene change satellite zoom in - it's very unnerving.

Of course it's not just creative talent. With any show related to the Buffyverse I'm hoping for hot actresses. I am not in any way disappointed with the casting here. These girls are hot, and here's why...

Episode 2 was a little disappointing from the bottom point of view. It was otherwise still as great as the first episode from every other perspective.

The show is progressing nicely. I particularly enjoy the little things, for example there's not really any need to specifically name Thomas Tallis, but for those of us who have heard of him, it's a pleasant way of attending to detail.

Sadly Anna Brewster seems to no longer be in the show. I hope we see more of her somewhere else.

In Episode 3, as if to to make up for that, is this truly stunning seat of a chambermaid. No idea who she is - it's hard to say because for reasons unknown, she joins the ranks of many, many British actresses in having next to no details on IMDb (normal or Pro). Do they not realize that this may be next to career suicide. Parochial lot, these Brits.

Anyway, such a truly beautiful bottom deserves great stardom. I hope she achieves it. I've taken the unusual step of including a front pic too - she's not just a pretty bum.

So the rumor is that American Idol contestant Olivia Mojica has a hardcore sex tape. Seemingly it was filmed by her boyfriend and "somehow" got to a porn production company via a third party. Yeah, sure, third party ...

I did read one comment on another blog whilst researching this that disturbed me. He said, "when I see things like this, I realize that most women are just whores". This statement stopped me in my tracks, and I thought for a moment that it was just offensive and low IQ alpha male bravado. On reflection, it's actually quite insightful.

However, and don't get me wrong, I do respect many women, I don't think it's true to say that all women are just whores, but I do think it true to say that many more women are intrinsically whores than people realize. In my experience women are prepared to do much more for money than men are. Women are much more motivated by money and fame than men are. What are Olivia, Paris, Mischa, Nicole, Britney etc, if not to some degree prostitutes? They choose their clients, and make more money than most, but there's such a fine line between their behavior and that of the average street hooker, that it's too close to call.

Outside of the celeb world it's just the same for the average girl in the street. A rich guy can fall in love with a pretty and poor waitress he was smitten by. But the reverse? Say, for example, rich female lawyer falls for an hunky gardener and actually marries him, not just fucks him. Nope, never happens. Never ever happens. With most women it is about the money. Ugly accountant driving a top of the range BMW? You'll get laid, don't worry...

Anway, the tape's been described by "someone" as "The Nastiest Tape I've ever Seen". Well I can only hope that true and that this quote didn't come from someone who doesn't get out much.

Anyway, as aways on the Quest we are concerned with what Olivia's bum looks like. I've seen a trailer of the tape and whether it's really nasty or not can't yet be determined - but her ass is lovely, and she does seemingly get it's hole filled - so I want to see more.

Kylie's got together with bargain basement Swedish clothing retailer H&M to launch a new series of swimwear.

When I first started this blog I swore there was two people that I would never write about.

I'm not doing well. The first was Britney, and I broke that some months ago - though in my defense, this was only to point out what an imperfect bottom she has.

So here I am today breaking my promise again - here's the Parisite herself. I'm inclined to agree with many people in that she appears to be the single largest waste of good carbons atoms on the planet (if not the known universe). However, I am forced to admit one thing. For all the unattractiveness of the view from the front, the rear view is pretty good.

One small saving grace in a lifetime of vapitidy.
