Ok, neither a great movie, nor a great actress. 10 out of 10 though for the costume. Dear Terminator 3 costume designer, "Thank you".
Possibly the low point of the movie was the breast inflation scene. Although there were a lot of low points to choose from. The movie also makes me wonder why anyone in California voted for the Governator.
James Cameron was wise to have nothing to do with that movie (although, he has had his name on some movies that have been equally as bad).
